摘要
文章通过试验研究分析了人体在带负荷运动中和运动结束休息时的心率、耗氧量和能量代谢率的变化情况，并对心率与耗氧量和能量代谢率之间的关系作了数学分析，证明人体在带负荷运动时和运动后休息时的心率与耗氧量和能量代谢率之间成良好的线性关系。通过研究得出了成年男子心率与能量代谢率之间的关系公式。该公式对建立以心率为指标的劳动强度分级标准具有实用价值。
This paper studies change of heart rate,oxygen consumption and energy metabolic rate in physical labour and after physical labour and analyses the realtionship between heart rate and oxygen consumption, the result proves that the reletionship bewteen heart rate and oxygen consumption is linear. It also concludes a formula about the relationship between heart rate and energy metabolic rate, the formula proves that the relationship between heart rate and energy metabolic rate is linear too. The result of research also proves that the relationship between relative heart rate and energy metabolic rate is closer than the relationship between heart rate and energy metabolic rate.
