摘要
设计了一个卫星用电子和质子探测系统,电子和质子能量范围各为0.5～4MeV 和5～60MeV。系统具有质量轻、功耗低及可靠性高特点。
This paper presents a design of a particle detector system forsatellite,The range of electron energy is 0.5～4 MeV.The range of protonenergy is 5～60Me V.The weight of the system is about 300g.The powerconsumption is 600mW and the reliability is high.
