摘要
目的：探讨肩胛上神经肩关节支阻滞治疗肩关节周围炎的效果。方法：肩关节周围炎３８例４１ 肩，于肩胛上神经主干的外侧１．５ｃｍ 处，用利多卡因和醋酸曲安奈德的混合液对肩胛上神经肩关节支进行阻滞，每肩治疗１～２ 个疗程。结果：经６～２４ 个月（平均１１ 个月）的随访，患肩疼痛减轻、日常功能改善、运动范围增加，与治疗前的差异均有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜ ０．００１）。患肩前屈、上举、外展、内旋与正常参考值间相差均无显著性意义（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。无明显并发症。结论：肩胛上神经肩关节支阻滞是治疗肩关节周围炎较为安全有效的方法。
Objective:To study the efficacy on treatment of periarthritis of shoulder joint by blocking articular braches of suprascapular nerve. Methods: Mixture of lidocaine and triamcinolone acetonide acetate was injected 1.5 cm away outside the scapular nerve to treat periarthrities in 41 shoulders in 38 patients.Each shoulder has 1～2 course of injection. Results:The follow-up period was 6～24(average 11)months.The pain was relieved,the daily function and the ability of motion of shoulders injected were improved.All above related indexes have significant difference between before and post injection(p 0.01).There were no significant difference between the injected shoulders and the normal shoulders at the range of forward flexion,elevation,abduction and internal rotation.There were no obvious complications.Concluson:Blocking articular branches of supra scapular nerve is a safe and effective methord for the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulders.
