摘要
本文扼要地介绍微生物油脂世界研究状况,γ—亚麻酸油脂生理功能及本项目研究初步结果。经30L^3发酵罐反复试验已达每L培养液产干菌体52~80g;油脂含量35%~44%;γ-亚麻酸9%~7%。
This article briefly introduces the research situation of microbiological oil and fat in the world, physiological function of γ-linolenic acid and the preliminary result of this item. In the fermenter of 30 litres, the yields of dry organism is 52~80g/l, the oil content of dry organism is 35%~44% and γ-linolenic acid content is 6%~7% in oil.
