摘要
叙述了利用近红外反射光谱(NIRS)对大豆籽粒中蛋白质和天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸含量的快速测定方法。这些成分含量的近红外值和参考方法化学值之间的相关系数都在0.86以上。该方法简便快速,适于大量样品的筛选。
This paper discribes a method of determination of protein and aspartate, glutamate, lysing, arginne in soybean by near—infrared reflectance spectroscopy. The correlation cofficient between results by the NIR method and by the reference method is higher than 0.86. The NIR method is rapid and simple. It is suitable for screen analysis of numerous samples.
