摘要
微波具有独特的热效应,并可以产生某些化学效应。本研究初步探索了在实验室条件下,微波炉式设备中食品添加剂:单体香料,酸味剂,防腐剂(本文中各类只写出一种)的合成工作。一对以下反应进行了探索 1 酯化反应:香料的制备; 2 顺反异构反应:酸味剂的制备; 3 缩合反应:防腐剂的制备。二结合我国微波器件的产品结构,初步设计制做了小型微波合成设备。该项技术在国外属于高科技领域,综合应用了多学科的知识。根据对研究结果的分析,可以得出以下结论:1.在微波炉式设备条件下,食品添加剂(以上三类)的合成是可行的。2.产品质量好,提纯方便,原料利用率高,能量利用率高。3.反应时间与常规合成方法相比可加快几倍至几十倍,产率可提高一倍以上。
microwave has unique heating effect can bring about some chemical reactions: In our initial reseach, three kinds of food additive: spice,acid,antiseptic agent were synthesized by microwave oven in laboratory(each kind only one item were written in this paper).In the concrete: 1. Esterifieation: making spice 2. Cis—trans isomer ization: making acid 3. Condensation reaction: making antiseptic agent The conclusion: 1. Microwave synthesis of above mentioned kinds three of food additive is feasible. 2. The produce is easy to purify, has high quality, high utilization ratio of raw material and energy. 3. Reaction spead speeds up several fold to even tens fold than by convention, and output was doubled and redoubled.
