摘要
对胆腑理论进行了全面系统的考证和深入研究 ,认为《内经》“凡十一脏 ,取决于胆” ,“胆者 ,中正之官 ,决断出焉”是胆腑理论的核心内容。本理论数千年来一直指导临床诊治 ,强调了胆腑对五脏六腑具有决定性的相互影响作用 ,并对胆腑病证作了 1 6型微细分型证治。
The paper makes ovreal and systemic textual criticism and does a thorough study on the theory about gallbladder. It thinks of it asthekeycontent of the theory about gallbladder that“the gallbladder determines all the elven Zang-organs”and that“the gallbladder is analogous to a mediator and is where the decision comes from.” from 《Canon of Internal Medicine》.These theories are guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical work for the past several thousand of years till now. The paper emphasizes that the gallbladder plays a decisine part in the interaction of the fivezang-organs and six fu-organs. Also it makes sixteen subtle treatment to the disease of gallbladder based on the differential diagnosis.The paper carry the tueory about gallbladder to a new stage.
