摘要
选择11例健康志愿者一次空腹口服国产或进口氧氟沙星片剂200mg。一周后进行交叉试验。在服药前及服药后不同时间取血、留尿样本,用微生物法测定血清和尿液中氧氟沙星浓度,测试菌为大肠杆菌ATCC25922。由国产和进口氧氟沙星AUC计算出国产氧氟沙星的相对生物利用度105.48±15.38％。国产和进口氧氟沙星的肾排泄百分率分别为31.7±7.11、41.78±6.45％;肾外排泄百分率分别为68.27±6.59、58.22±6.44％。
In a crossover clinical trial involving 11 healthy volunteers who received a single 200 mg dose of domestic or imported Ofloxacin orally. The interval time for taking drugs was one week. Before and after administration of drugs at various time, blood and urine samples were collected. Microbiology method was used to determine the blood and urine concentrations of Ofloxacin. The tested microorganism was E. coli ATCC 25922.From AUC of domestic and imported Ofloxacin to calculate relative bioavailability of domestic Ofloxacin. The bioavailability of Ofloxacin is 105.48±15.38%. Renal excretion percentage of domestic and imported Ofloxacin are 31.71±7.11, 41.78±6.45% respectively. Extrarenal excretion percentage are 68.27±6.59, 58.22±6.44% respectively.
