摘要
超声引导下,代用 ASAP 活检针穿刺胰腺癌活检18例,慢性胰腺炎活检8例,活检成功率为96.1%,确诊率为92.3%。对胰腺癌7例通过流式细胞仪检测 DNA 含量并与病理组织学相对照,结果表明单倍体的细胞分化程度较双倍体差,初步提示 DNA 含量检测可作为胰腺癌恶性程度判断指标。
Under ultrasonically guided puncture biopsy were done for 18 cases with pancreas cancer and 8 patients with chronic pancretitis through using ASAP biopsy needle.The succeed rate of biopsy was 96.1%.The accurating rate of diagnosis was 92.3%.The quantities of DNA in 7 cases with pancreas cancer checked by flow cytometry.The results were compared with the results of pathology. The results show that the cellular differentiation degree of aneuploidy was lower than that of diploid.It is suggest that the checking of DNA contained in pancreas cancer may be as index of the malignant degree.
