脑动脉硬化症的血流变学变化对颅内动脉血流和脑功能影响的初步探讨

摘要 采用先进的彩色三维经颅多普勒超声扫描仪(3D-TCD)和脑电地形图仪(BEAM),观察了脑动脉硬化症病人在血流变正常或高粘血症下大脑中动脉(MCA)血流速度(S)的变化以及 MCA供血区域内的脑电功率谱(APS)的变化。探讨血流变化对脑血流和脑功能的影响。结果表明,当高粘血症时,MCA 的血流速度明显减慢;而供血区域内的脑电慢波(δ、θ)明显增多,快波(α、β)相应减少。与正常血流变时比较二者均有十分显著性差异。 Presencted in this paper was a report on the changes of the rate of the blood flow in the medi- um cerebral artery (MCA) and the changes of the APS in the blood supply area of the MCA in the patients with cerebral atherosclerosis in the presence of normal or abnormal rheological changes by using an advanced color 3D transcranial Doppler scanner (3D—TCD) and EEAM.The influence of the rheological alternation on the cerebral blood flow and cerebral functions were discussed.The results revealed that the eleetroen- cephalographic slow waves (δ、θ) in the blood supply area apparenly increased and its rapid waves (α、β)corres pondingly reduced when in the presence of hyperviscosity the blood flow in the MCA was obviously slow. There was significant difference between the normal and abnormal changes (P<0.01).
