摘要 目的:研究低频电磁场对衰老大鼠的作用,并探讨其机制。方法:采用50Hz交变磁场作用衰老大鼠,观察大鼠机体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA),大鼠的耐乏氧能力和耐力的变化。结果:经过50Hz交变磁场作用的大鼠耐乏氧力增加,耐力增强,其体内SOD的活力明显增加,MDA的含量下降。结论:低频50Hz交变磁场对衰老大鼠具有增强其抗氧化、抗疲劳作用和抗乏氧能力。 Objective the effects of low-frequency electromagnetic fields to antioxidation capacity in old rats and elucidate the mechanism of the effects. Methods Left the oldrats in low -frequency(50Hz) electromagnetic field, detected the SOD and MDA in rats, and observed their anoxia-resistivity and endurance. Results In the rats which were exposed to low-frequency electromagnetic field, the SOD activity, anoxia-resistance and endurance were significantly increased and the MDA was decreased. Conclusion Under the influence of low-frequencyelectromagnetic field, the ability of antioxidation, anoxia-resistance and endurence of old rats areenhanced.
