摘要
本文报道了在掺CdS_xSe_(1-x),玻璃波导上制备出变周期光栅耦合器,获得了非线性变周期光栅的光控空间扫描特性并指出这种光控扫描特性是热非线性效应所致。
Nonlinear chirped grating coupler of CdSxSe(1-x) doped glass waveguide was fabricated and its optical control spatial scanning effect was obtained experimentally for the first time. Operating nature of the observed phenomenon is thermal nonlinearity.
