摘要
本文着重介绍了机械搅拌快速分离有机质和真空密封减压缩样品的实验方法。通过对50块不同岩性样品进行的快速法和索氏法分离、处理及有机质的不同含量、不同组分、正烷烃、饱和烃、芳烃红外、色谱芳烃等分析对比表明,快速法结构简单,自动化程度高,分离和浓缩样品时间短,分离时间由60h缩短为8h,浓缩时间由24h缩短为4h,用水由60m^3减少为6m^3,一块样品同电由0.6kWh减少为0.06kWh,试剂由2000mL减少为600mL,可大大提高工作效率和经济效益。
ABSTRACT
This paper mainly presents the iapid separation of organic matter by mecha nical stirring and an experimental vaccum-tight concentration method for samples. Fifty various lithological samples were separated and treated with the rapid and S. Processes.
Comparing the analyzed results of various contents, various components of organic matter, n-alkane, saturated hydrocarbon, infrared and chromatograph analyses of aromatic hydrocarbon, it shows that the rapid process is simpler, more automatical and the time for sample separating and .concentrating is short. Separating time is shortened from 60 hours to 8 hours, concentrating time is shortened from 24 hours to 4 hours,water used is decreased from 60 m3 to 6m3, electricity used for a sample is decreased from 0.6 kWh to 0.06 kWh and reagent used is decreased from 2000mL to 600mL, This can increase efficiency and economic benefits.
