摘要
本文介绍汽车发动机冷却系风扇静液模拟化传动基本原理及研究结果。经全面分析,确定采用开式并联节流调速静液传动方案。在试验研究基础上,提出一个由温度传感器与节流阀、安全阀三者组合的新部件。所提出的节流阀结构形式能满足风扇与水温具有静态线性关系的要求。
This article introduces the fundamental principle of hydrostatic analo-gous transmission of ventilator utilized in the cooling system of automobile enginewith research results.An open-typed hydrostatic transmission scheme is proposed inthe article in which the throttle for velocity regulation is connected in parallel and anew assembly combining the temperature sensor,throttle and safeguard valve into onepart is devised.The structure of throttle proposed is able to give a hydrostatictinearity between the rotary speed of ventilator and water temperature.
