摘要
本文报告了对哈尔滨市男15～17岁、女14～16岁共450名健康少年手腕骨发育状况的10年对比观察。结果表明:10年间,有半数性别年龄组的骨龄均值增长0.5岁左右;在二掌骨皮质厚度均值很接近的情况下,骨皮质指数均值则多数观察组1991年高于1981年。由此提示骨龄标准每隔10年修订一次是必要的。同骨发育密切相关的身高年龄组均值男女皆为1991年高于1981年。且身高的年代变化基本成因是生长突增期增长幅度加大。
The skeletal development of hand and wrist was observed in 450 adolescences (boys aged 15~17, girls aged 14~16)in Harbin in 1981 and 1991 respectively. The results showed that, during ten years, the means of skeletal age in half of the sex-aged groups increased about 0. 5 years; the averages of cortical indexs in 1991 is higher than that in 1981 for the most observed groups under almost identical means of cortical thick- ness in second metacarpals. It is pointed that the skeletal age standard lias to be revised every 10 years. The average hight, which is closely correlated with skele- tal development,of the aged groups in 1991 is higber than that in 1981 for both boys and girls. The secular trend of hight is basically attributed to the more increase in the stoge of growth acceleration.
