摘要
国产200mA X线机不仅不能摄高电压胸片,而且是产生废片的主要机型。估计全国每年所摄尘肺胸片中有60万张以上废片。本研究设想通过工艺改造,将此型X线机改为输出125kV用以摄尘肺高电压胸片。可望大幅度提高一级片率,降低废片率。本研究通过重组高压系统及控制电路达到目的。现场试验结果示:摄高电压胸片结果满意,共摄片1707张,获一级片分别为45.7%和52.2%,废片率0.9%和2.3%。改造200mA X线机摄高电压尘肺胸片是现阶段的一条经济、实用解决现有低档机、提高胸片质量的方法,值得推广。
Rdiograph is the first modality for pneumoniesis surveillance, but an ordinary. X-rayunit with capacity of 200 mA 100kV can notfulfill this task. It is roughly estimated thatmore than 0.6 million unqulified chest radio-graphs produced each years with those unit.Reconstruction of those unit make them moreeffective to achieve high kilovoltage techniqueand consequently improve the quality of chestfilms. 1707 films were taken by 2 new units,the study showed that the excellent films ratewere 42.7% and 52.2% respectivity and filmunreadable were less then 3%.
