摘要
在高胆固醇饲料复制的兔主动脉微小病灶期、脂纹期、纤维—脂质斑块期和纤维—粥样斑块期的各型病变中 ,血小板[Ca2 + ] i浓度逐渐升高 ,血小板内 c A MP水平趋于降低 ,两者呈密切负相关 (r=-0 .6 6 7,P<0 .0 0 1)。
Concentration of cytosolic free [Ca\+\{2+\}]i was elevated and level of cAMP declined progressively in platelets in the course of atherosclerosis from the phase of minute focal lesion,fatty streaks,fibro lipid plaque to fibroatheromatous plaque in cholesterol fed rabbits.[Ca\+\{2+\}]i concentration negatively correlated with the level of cAMP (r=-0.667,P<0.001).Increase in [Ca\+\{2+\}]i may be associated with decreased level of cAMP by a negative feedback.The results indicate that the interaction of endothelial injury,platelet activation and hypercholesterolemia plays an important role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis in cholesterol fed rabbits.
