摘要 心力衰竭的诊治虽是一个老的话题,但在发病机制上,诊断及药物治疗上却不断地推陈出新,有所进步.先谈谈诊断标准,这是人们关心的问题,因为它涉及到如何又早又准地治疗心力衰竭.1985年Carlson等以肺毛细血管楔嵌压(Wedge pressure)＞ 1.6kPa(即12mmHg)为心衰诊断的依据,订出波士顿(Boston)标准,内容如表1.
