摘要
碳纤维中的钾、钠、钙、镁元素的含量可用原子吸收分光光度法来测定。本文对酸性介质浓度以及干扰离子对测定结果的影响作了探讨,测定并比较了纯化处理前后的粘胶碳纤维以及几种不同纺丝法的聚丙烯腈原丝制成的碳纤维中钾、钠、钙、镁元素的含量。实验结果表明该法是一种快速、简便、准确、有效的方法。
The contents of elements K, Na, Ca, Mg in carbon fibre were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The effects of acid concentration and interfering ions on the determination results were studied. The results showed that this method is a quick, accurate and efficient method. The contents of K, Na, Ca, Mg in rayon carbon fibres after and before purification treatment were determined and compared. The contents of these elements in carbon fibres made from various PAN precursor fibres were also determined and compared.
