摘要
为使超硬砂轮能发挥其优异的性能,应避免堵塞和重视修整。用单颗粒金刚石修整工具是不适宜的。作者对磨削修整法和制动修整法进行了研究,取得了好的效果。
In order to develop the superior performance of superhard wheels,people have to pre-vent the wheel from clogging and pay attention to dressing.Single grain mined diamond usedas dressing tool is not suitable for dressing superhard wheels.The author studied the grindingdressing method and the brake dressing method,and obtained satisfactory results.
