摘要
目前环锭(细纱、捻线)机上的气圈环的结构参数和安装尺寸,远末达到优化组合。本文从理论和实践对上述优化组合问题作了探讨。
This paper studies the installations of the balloon control rings and their influence onspinning tensions and balloon shapes.The size and location of the balloon control ring hasbeen found to be highly important.Their optimal values can be obtained through experimentsand computer analysis.The formula showing their influence on spinning tension is also given.The results optimized agree well with the results calculated.
