摘要
本文采用 DSC、DMA 以及 PCM 等测试技术对 PPO/PET 共混物体系进行了相容性及相形态的研究。结果表明:PPO/PET 共混物是一热力学不相容的体系。共混物的相分离程度随着热处理温度的升高而加大,其热转变温度、动态力学转变点及相形态均具有组成依赖性。增容剂 GMS 的加入改善了体系的相容程度。随着 GMS 含量的增加,其相容程度提高;分散相尺寸因增容剂的加入而变小,界面层的结合也得到改善。
The compatibility of PPO/PET blends and their morphology was studied by DSC,DMA and PCMmeasurement.As a result,the PPO/PET blends with various compositions are incompatible,andthere is a tendency to coalesce for the dispersed phases in annealing.However,the compatibility canbe improved by adding GMS-the more the better.The phase morphology of the blends has a strongcomposition dependence;the dimensions of the dispersed phases decrease and the adhesion at interfacesis improved when GMS is added.
