摘要
为了解成人高护女生的个性特征 ,以便在教学工作中“因人施教” ,笔者对 2 2 8名成人高护女生进行卡特尔个性测验 ,并将测验结果与一般女大学生常模相比 ,在 1 1种个性因素上存在显著差异 ,即在乐群性 (A)、恃强性 (E)、兴奋性 (F)、敢为性 (H)、世故性 (N)等因素得分偏向高分一端 ;在聪慧性 (B)、敏感性 (I)、怀疑性 (L)、忧虑性 (O)、独立性 (Q2 )和自律性(Q3 )等因素得分偏向低分一端 ,且差异相当显著。通过对八种次级因素计算表明 ,成人高护女生多为适应型 ,个性外向 ,安详机警 ,有进取精神 ,心理健康状况良好 ,有成就倾向者高于常模资料水平 ,但缺乏高创造能力人才 ,在新的工作环境中成长能力差。
The authors had a Cattel Personality Test in 228 women students specialized in higher-nursing in order to understand their personality so as to carry out teaching according to the students′ characters.After comparing this result with the norm of woman students in general university,we found that there was significant difference in 11 personality factors,the score of the research subjects on such factors as warmth,dominance,liveliness,social boldness,privateness was significantly higher than that of the norm, while the score on reasoning,sensitivity,vigilance,apprehension,self-reliance,perfectionism was lower.At the same time,after reckoning the score of the research subjects' 8-subfactors,we thought that the women students specialized in higher-nursing were tend to adaptable,extrovert,composed and alert,having initiative,healthy-mentality and successful,but they were short of creativeness and capability of developing in a strange surrounding.
