摘要
本文讨论了汽轮机调节系统中滑阀卡涩故障模型,从统计角度提出了用力平衡残差概率分布作为故障特征的诊断方法,该方法把液压系统中固有的油流噪声及电网周波的随机扰动作为有用的激励信号,在机组运行的任何时刻都可进行诊断,算法计算量小,是一种实时性较强的诊断方法。
This paper disccuses the model of pilot valve with block fault in steam turbine hydraulic control system, in view of statistics, presents a fault detection method, in which the probability distribution of force balance deviation is taken for fault characteristic, the natural noises of hydraulic fluid and the normal random change of grid frequency are considered as exciting signals. The method can be used to detect block faults in hydraulic system at any moment of turbine running and needs few time for calculation., so it can be used in real, time fault detection.
