类风湿因子对ELISA法D-二聚体测定结果的干扰分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的 :了解类风湿因子 (RF)对酶联免疫吸附测定 (ELISA)D 二聚体结果的干扰情况。方法 :检测RF采用胶乳凝集法 ,D 二聚体采用ELISA法。结果 :RF阳性组在中和D 二聚体前后阳性结果均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5和P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组中和后弥漫性血管内凝血发生差异无显著性 (P =0 .9999)。结论 :RF对ELISA法测定D 二聚体结果干扰明显 ,临床上根据D 二聚体实验结果作为血栓形成性疾病诊断时 。
