摘要
1990年春季始,全国七省(区)开展了克山病重点监测,1990年度七省(区)点区人口为19275人,检诊8677人,检出慢型克山病患者41人,检出率0.47%。1991年度点区所在15个县(市),有人口7659,000人有慢型克山病患者1357人,患病率17.72/10万。1991年度除云南点区病情明显重于上年度外,其他省(区)点区病情稳定。近几年来,在云南楚雄、大理,四川大竹等地发生了成人“扩张型心肌病”病例,其中多数是克山病病人。
From the spring,1990,7 provinces in whole country developed sentinel surveillance for Keshan disease at the national level.We examined 8677 people,and diagnosed 41 chronic patients.Detectable rate in 0.47%.There are 7659000 people in the 15 counties of the sentinel sites in which there are 1357 people ofchronic Keshan disease,and prevalence is 17.72/100000.The prevalence is stable in the sentinel sites exceptYunnan province in which the prevalence in 1991 is significant increase compared with the prior year.Re-cent years,We have found“dilated cardiomyopathy”adult patient in Chuxiong,Yunna and so on,the majori-ty of them are Keshan disease patient.
