摘要
用琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测分离自云南省的强毒鼠疫苗质粒DNA,发现一株自然缺失65Mdal质粒,经反向间接血凝试验证实该菌株能完全表达F_1抗原。
The study is detected plasmid DNA content of Y. pestis isolated from in Yunnan province. by using agrose gel electrophoresis method. We discovered one strain of natural deletion 65 Mdal plas- mid and confirmed it can express all Fl antigen. used reverse indirect hemayylutination test.
