摘要
本文报告了^(125)I在方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种体内的衰减变化。观察了4μci/ml血和1μci/ml血两个标记剂量,结果表明影响蚤体内放射性核素水平的因素有:标记剂量越高其体内放射性核素水平越高,但高剂量组蚤体内的放射性核素衰减较快;同一剂量下,放射性核素水平雌蚤高于雄蚤;饥饿状态下,雌蚕体内的放射性核素衰减较快;喂血状态下雌、雄蚤的衰减速度无差异,标记后的蚤续喂非标记血液,体内放射性核素衰减加快;蚤体内的放射性核素水平随着时间的增长而逐渐降低。
This paper reported the ^(125)I loss in Citellophylus tesquorum sungaris.The fleas were marked with ^(125)I of 4μci/mL and 1μci/mL blood. Factorsshown to affect the ^(125)I level in the fleas were: the more marking dosageswere high, the more the isotope levels were high and the isotope levels for higher treatments declined quickly;the isotope levels of female fleas were higher than males in the same dosage, and female fleas lost the isotope at a significantly faster rate than males when there was no blood meal provided;there was no significant difference in the loss rates of females and males when the blood meal was provided; the isotope levels lost at a faster rate after the blood meal went on providing; the isotope levels in the fleas reduced gradually as time increased.
