摘要
一个高效节能的氨合成塔必须结构简单、阻力降小;氨净值高、热回收效率高;低能耗、高产量。本文对几种型式合成塔的结构、阻力、制造等方面的优缺点进行了比较;分析介绍了合成塔的冷却方式的选择、催化剂的装填量及催化强度;并对合成塔结构设计的特点和趋向进行了探讨。提出具有我国特色的中型、大型氨合成塔的设计模型,以作为合成塔设计的引鉴。
A high efficiency energy—saving ammonia converter must have the features of simple structure, small resistance drop, higher ammonia net value, higher efficiency of heat recovery. low energy consumption and higher production capacity. Advantages and shortcomings of the structure. resistance & manufacture of several types ammonia comverters are compared. Selection of cooling way, loading of catalyst and catalytic strength of ammomia conv(?)rters are also analyzed. The properties of the converter strueture design and its trend are diseussed. the design models of L&M seale ammonia converters with our own charaeteristic is put forward.
