摘要
本文对金黄散和它的改剂新金黄散进行了比较研究。结果表明:新金黄散的体外抑菌力、治疗兔感染伤口作用以及消肿作用均强于金黄散;两者均有不同程度的镇痛作用;毒性试验证实新金黄散安全范围大,具有开发应用价值。
The comparative studies on Jinhuang Powder and its improved preparation,Xinjinhuang Powder,was carried out. The result indicated that Xinjinhuang Powder was prior to Jinhuang Powder in:bacteriostatic action in vitro,curative effect on infected wound of rabbit and partial swell of mice. Both have some antalgic action. The toxic test proved that Xinjnhuang Powder possessed a larger safe range and was valuable on development and application.
