摘要
本文对矾矿采集到具有代表性的岩矿石样品进行了元素分析及体外细胞毒性试验。元素分析中,除钾、铝含量较高外,未见其它元素富集现象;游离SiO_2分析中,仅掘进尘样品含44.6%,其它均在10%以下。应用红细胞溶血率、肺巨噬细胞死亡率、培养液中乳酸脱氢酶活性进行的细胞毒性试验表明:①其毒性大小基本与其所含游离SiO_2量的多少一致,其它成份未见作用;②熟矿石粉尘pH值偏酸,溶血率稍高,但其它指标均低于其它各组,表明其因含可溶性铝而有保护作用。
This part analyzed the elemental composition and the percentage of free silica in the dust samples collected from alunite mine were analyzed and the cytotoxicity of the dust was studied in vitro. The results showed that only K and Al were higher in the dust samples and only in dust sampled from driving that the percentage of free silica was 44.6%, whereas the rests were lower than 10%. It also showed that ① the extent of the cytotoxicity was only related to the percentage of free silica; ② the cytotoxicity of broiled dust appeared to be lower probably due to the protective effect of the soluable Al.
