摘要
本文介绍太空棉镀膜设备ＺＺ－１４００Ｌ控制系统中，采用了日立ＥＭ系列（其中ｃｐｕ为ＥＭ－Ⅱ）ＰＣ控制装置的硬件构成及软件设计。通过工业现场运行表明，该系统操作简便，性能稳定，运行可靠，直接替代了原太空棉镀膜机中的继电器控制系统。
The article introduces that hand-ware from and soft-ware design of HITACHI EM series cpu is EM-Ⅱ PC control parts used in ZZ-1400L astrocotton coating equipment.It shows that the system is easy to operate.Charactor is stability, and reliability in operating. The system is in place of the rely control system in old astrocotton coating machines directly.
