摘要
本文略要列举并剖析了历代伤寒注家对汉·张机所撰《伤寒论》中“热入血室”之注释,结合原著及有关医学、文字学、史学书籍,从文理、医理两方面分析论证,证明“血室”意即“血脉”,实质上就是温病学卫气营血辨证里的“血分”。它不是什么具体的脏器或经络,而是疾病由浅入深的一个病理发展阶段(或类型)。从而认定,所谓“热入血室”,意即“热入血脉”,实质上就是“热入血分”。
After analysing the original book and its explanations, authors held that, invasion of the blood room by pathogenic haet' recorded in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases is actually invasion of the blood system by pathogenic heat, the blood room is not a viscera or channel, it indicates the severe stage of a disease.
