2 1世纪是创新的时代 ,高职学院应成为培养创新型人才的前沿阵地。常州信息职业技术学院调整办学思想和教育理念 ,树立培养创新人才的教育观 ;深化教学改革与制度创新 ,营造创新教育有利环境 ;建设高素质创新型师资队伍 ,为实施创新教育构建人才高地 ;加大对创新教育工程的投入 ,创新教育实践活动初见成效 ,为培养具有创新素质的应用型人才有所作为 ,有所贡献。
thcentury is the age of innovation. Higher vocational college will be the front field for cultivating the talents of innovation.The article stresses to set up the new thought of education; deepen the educational innovation and system innovation; build an advantaged environment in innovative education; construct the high diathesis and new type teachers for the innovative education ; build the high level talents; increase the investment in the process of educational innovation.
