摘要
目的 :了解烟叶打叶复烤技改车间劳动卫生现状。方法 :连续监测技改车间内粉尘浓度和噪声强度 ,测定粉尘分散度和游离SiO2 含量 ,分析噪声频谱性质。结果 :粉尘浓度几何均数范围是 1 7~ 5 8mg/m3,超标率 16 7%。粉尘粒子以小于 5 μm的粒子为主 ,游离SiO2 含量为 1 5 %~ 4 2 %。噪声强度在 71 8~ 92 6dB之间 ,超标率为 2 5 % ,频谱特点为中低频、宽带噪声。结论
Objective:To understand the present industrial hygiene situation of the tobacco dispersion and bakery in a technique-improving workshop. Methods: The dust concentration and noise intensity were monitored, the dust dispersion rate and the content of free silica surveyed and the characteristic of noise analysed . Results: The geometrical average of dust concentration ranges from 1 7 to 5 8 mg/m 3, supassing the average rate by 16 7%. The majority of the diametres of dust particles are below 5?μm. The content of free silica is from 1 5% to 4 2% and the noise intensity, 76 8 to 92 6 dB(A), exceeding the average by 25%. The characteristic of the frequency is at the middle level or below, being wide band noise. Conclusion: Dust and noise are still the main causes for occupational damage in tobacco dispersion and baking.
