摘要
目的：对磁疗、红外线的单纯应用以及综合应用磁疗、红外线治疗多种急慢性疾病所致的肌肉、关节损伤、疼痛等功能障碍的疗效进行观察。方法：对１７１名病人随机分成３个组：组１接受磁疗；组２接受红外线治疗；组３综合应用磁疗及红外线治疗。在治疗疗程结束后，进行疗效评定。结果：综合治疗比单纯性治疗有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），两个单纯性治疗组没有差异性（Ｐ＞０．１）。结论：综合应用磁疗与红外线治疗，可缩短病程，可起到相加作用和协同作用。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of magnetotherapy,infrared rays and aggregative therapy on the impairment,pain and function limitation of the muscle and the joint.Methods:Collected 171 patients and divided them into three groups randomly.Group 1 received magnetotherapy,group 2 received infrared rays and group 3 received both magnetotherapy and infrared rays.Each patient was given treatment effectiveness evaluation after the termination of the treatment.Results:All patients had siginficant improvement in aggregation therapy.This study failed to prove any sigin_ ficant difference in treatment effect between magnetotherapy and infrared rays.Conclusion:Aggregative therapy could be good at shortening the course of disease,get coordination and supplement and increase the effect of the treatment.
