摘要
目的：为了探讨小气道功能测定对铸造作业接尘工人早期肺损伤的诊断意义。方法：测定了１００例正常人及３２０名铸造作业接尘工人Ｘ线及小气道功能。结果：应用Ｘ线判定铸造作业接尘工人肺部病变异常率为１２．５％，而应用小气道功能指标判定Ｖ５０、Ｖ２５异常率达３１．５６％，３０．００％。结论：积极开展铸造作业工人小气道功能测定，有利于早期发现肺损伤，防止呼吸道功能进一步损害具有重要意义。
Object to study the diagnosis signification of early lung damnity of recieve dust workers in foundry work.Methods to detect chest X-ray and the index of small airway function from 320 cases recieve dust workers in foundry work and 100 cases heaithy person.Results abnormity rate in the recieve dust workers of foundry work with X-ray is 12.5%,and with the index of small airway function is 31.56%for V 50、30.00%for V 25,Conclusion the results of this study suggest that it will be propition to discove and diagnosis lung damnify early .if we develop the detection of small airway function in the recieve dust workers foundry work,actively.
