摘要
社会主义文明是指人类在社会主义阶段借助科学、技术等手段来改造客观世界 ,通过社会主义法律、道德等制度来调节群体关系 ,借助马克思主义及其发展形态的思想来调节自身情感 ,从而最大限度地满足基本需要、实现全面发展所达到的程度和状态。社会主义文化是指人类在社会主义阶段改造客观世界、协调群体关系、调节自身情感的过程中所形成和表现出来的风俗习惯、行为规范以及各种意识形态的复合体。社会主义文明与社会主义文化是两个既相联系又相区别的概念 :前者是后者的内在价值 ,后者是前者的外在形式。
The socialist civilization means the mankind's Level and state of satisfying essence demand and realizing all round development in the socialist stage, which is realised by dint of science, technology etc. to reform the objective world, by the socialist law, morals etc. to regulate the community relation, and in virtue of Marxism and its development to regulate man's emotion. The socialist culture means mankind's complex system of customs and habits, behavior and all kinds of ideology which are expressed out in the process of reforming the objective world, moderating the community relation, regulating the emotion at the socialist stage. The socialist civilization and socialist culture are two concepts both interkniting and conflicting. The socialist civilization is the immanent value of the socialist culture, and the socialist culture is the outside form of the socialist civilization.
