摘要
土施多效唑(10、15、20、25、30mg/盆)显著抑制了盆栽斑叶八仙(Hydrangea macro-phylla cv.variegata)的生长,其新梢长、节间长、叶片长、总叶面积、地上部分鲜重和根鲜重与多效唑有效剂量间呈显著线性负相关。节间数与叶片数受多效唑影响不明显。经多效唑处理后,斑叶八仙地上部分和根系的微量元素Mn含量高于对照,地上部分Fe含量亦高于对照,而根系的Fe含量则明显低于对照。多效唑处理对地上部分和根系的大量元素N、P、K、Ca和Mg的含量影响不明显。
Medium drenches of Paclobutrazol (pp_(333)) at 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 mg a·i/15 cmpot could retard significantly the growth of potted Hydrangea macrophylla cv. variegata. Thelength of new tip, node and blade, total leaf area, fresh weight of shoot and root decreasedlinearly with increasing pp_(333) rates. However, number of new leaf and node were notaffected. Fe content of shoot and root, Mn content of root of Hydrangea macrophylla increasedafter treated with pp_(333), but Fe content of root reduced. Levels of N. P. K. Ca. Mg. in shootand root were slightly influenced by pp_(333).
