摘要
对来自澳大利亚42个种源分四批进行了苗期试验,结果表明:(1)种子平均千粒重0.2225g、发芽势5天,发芽过程11~41天,千粒重和发芽率与海拔高和纬度相关不密切,应用木箱播种方法比苗床播种的出苗量可提高13.9倍。(2)营养袋幼苗的苗高和地径生长种源间差异极显著,不同种源苗木在形态—生理特性上有明显的地理差异,高纬度地理的种源叶狭而短,叶面积、叶重比率较少,干物质产量较低,而单位叶面积的干重较高,低纬度地区的种源与此相反。(3)一年生大苗的苗期生长种源间差异极显著,7~10月为生长盛期,8月为高峰期,澳大利亚昆士兰离海岸较远的种源和西澳、北澳种源高峰期出现较早,昆士兰北部的沿海种源相对较迟。苗木生物产量每亩352~439kg,地径与各部分生物产量相关密切。
Experiment of 42 provenances from Australia during seedling period with 4groups showed: 1. mean thousand-grain weight reached 0.2225 g,5 days germinating energy, 11~41 days germinating process; mean thousand-grain weight and germination rate had no closerelation with elevation and latitude; emergence quantity could increase 13.9 times by sowing inwooden box than by sowing in seminary. 2. there were evident difference of seedling heightand growth of underground stem in nutrient bag between provenances; morphological andphysiological characters had evident geographical difference between seedling from differentprovenances, leaf of high latitude provenance were narrow and short with low leaf area, leafweight rate and output of dry matter but contrary for that of low latitude. 3. seedling stagegrowth of one-year big seedling were different between provenances, from July to Octoberwere full growth period, in August were peak period, provenances from regions far fromcoast of Queensland, west and north Australia occured earlier than that from coastal regionof north Queensland, biomass of seedlings were 352~439 kg/mu, underground stem had closerelation with biomass of each part
