摘要
Sleep deprivation as a stress has been shown to induce gastric mucosal lesions and lowered the effectiveness of the mucosa as a barrier. The precise mechanism of how sleep deprivation to affect the gastric mucosa barrier, especially at the molecular level, still remains unclear. To identify genes with relevance to sleep deprivation, a cDNA expression array analysis was performed on 588 cDNA clones on a filter to screen for genes with differential expression between the gastric mucosa of sleep deprivation and normal control rats.
