摘要
本文在7000型有轨电车噪声及振动测试基础上,指出城市轨道车辆的噪声主要是由轮轨冲击、摩擦和牵引电机、齿轮啮合引起的.通过车内外噪声特性分析研究,提出降低城市轨道车辆的轮轨噪声、牵引传动噪声,提高车辆密封性是降低车辆噪声的主要途径.
Based on the noise and vibration test of streetcars type 7000 in Dalian,points out that the noise of urban railcar is mainly caused by shocking and rubbing of wheels on the truck,running of the tractive motors and meshing of the gears.Through analyzing the noise characteristic inside and outside railcars,presents the way to reduce the noise of urban railcars,by reducing the noise of wheels on the truck,the noise of tractive mo- tors and by raising the seal performance of railcars.
