摘要
目的:评价氟西汀治疗抑郁症伴发躯体症状的疗效。方法:24例随机分入氟西汀和多虑平组进行对照研究,用HAMD,ACL-90及TESS量表评定抑郁、躯体症状及药物副反应。结果:二药效果相当,氟西汀副反应轻,依从性好。是一种安全有效的抗抑郁剂,能缓解抑郁伴发的躯体症状。
Objective To appraise the cureative effect of the fluoxetine at curing concomitant physical symptoms of depression. Method 24 patients divided into fluoxetine and doxepin groups at random to contradistinguish the study with HAMD, SCL-90 and TESS indicating gage, and to as- sess depression symptom、 physical symptoms and side effect. Results two drugs are of correspondent effect. Fluoxetine has slight side effect and the good effect which is a safe and effective antide- pression and relieve the concomitant physical symptoms of depression.
