摘要
本文采用阳极氧化的方法对碳纤维进行了连续表面处理,研究了处理工艺条件、电解质种类等因素对复合材料的层间剪切强度、抗冲击强度、拉伸强度等的影响,并利用XPS、SEM等分析手段分别对纤维表面组成及复合材料断口形貌进行了分析、观察。
This paper uses anodic oxidation method to continuouslytreat the surface of carbon fibers, studies the influence of treatment:condi-tions on the values of interlaminate shear strength, tensile strength andimpact strength, and applies XPS and SEM to investigate the compositionand morphology of carbon fiber sufaces and composite fracturesrespectively.
