摘要
当前干部制度中存在着管理方式单一,方法不够科学、正常的升降机制未建立、约束机制不完善等问题。究其原因是多方面的。在当前,只有采取多项对策措施,才能推进干部制度向科学化、民主化、制度化方向发展。
There are many questions in the present system of cadres,such as single methods of adminis-tration,the way is not with enough science,normal mechanism of promotion hasn't been set up,the restric-tion mechanism hasn't been improved yet,but the cause of these questions is in a lot of aspects.At present we only can adopt multiple related countermeasures to press ahead the development of the cadre system to-wards the direction of science,democracy,system.
