通过多元本体共聚反应合成了D-18树脂,它和环氧树脂共混交联,制成ZN-8阻尼胶,用ZN-8、YZN-4、YZN-5阻尼胶作夹芯层,铝合金板作约束层,制成的多层阻尼板对侧推控制器进行阻尼处理,使整机在振动冲击条件下工作正常,显示了有效的阻尼减振作用。
D-18 resin was synthesised by multi-component bulk copo-lymerization, which was blended with epoxy resin to produce ZN-8 da-mping material. With ZN-8, YZN-4 and YZN-5 damping materials ascore and Al alloy as restrict layer, the multi-layered restrained dampingstructure used in side-pushing controllor showed good vibration dampingeffect.
