摘要
全面建设小康社会的重点和难点在农村,而解决农业问题的根本出路在于农村人口的非农化和向非农产业的转移。本文着重探讨了加快云南农村剩余劳动力流动转移的有效途径。
The difficult and key point to fully build a well-off society are in rural areas,and the essen-tial ways to solve agricultural questions are to move rural population to non-agricultural industries and become non-rural population.At present ,it is an importance to search for the effective outlet of speeding up running and transferring surplus rural labor in Yunnan.
