摘要
随着胶接结构应用的日益广泛,胶接结构在使用环境下的使用耐久性成为人们最关心的问题。胶接接头和其它材料一样,在使用过程中由于受环境因素和应力的作用,性能会逐渐下降甚至完全破坏。而胶接接头的老化研究除了要考虑环境因素分别对胶粘剂和被粘物的作用外,更主要的是考虑环境因素对胶接界面的作用及胶粘剂和被粘物在界面上的相互作用,因此接头的老化问题要比组成它的胶粘剂和被粘材料本身的老化问题复杂得多。本文主要对研制出的87-1胶进行环境稳定性研究。
With the increasing applications of adhesive Joint much atten-tion is paid to its durability under service environment.As other materials,ifthe joint is subject to effect of environmental factor and stress in course ofservice,the joint strength will reduce progressively and even end in failure.On ageing research of adhesive joint, effect of environmental factor on in-terface between the adhesive and substrate is of special consequence,besidesthe effect on adhesive and substrate. Consequently, ageing problem ofadhesive joint is much more complicated than that of adhesive itself. Inthis paper, environmental stability of adhesive 87-1 was investigated.
