摘要
本文介绍在以电池作为电源的便携式低功耗微机系统,和以电池作为保存数据的电池后备电源系统中,其存贮器及支持电路的结构和设计特点。文中简介了适用于这种场合的几种存贮器件,提出了降低功耗的措施,分析了有关电路。
This paper discusses the construction feature of memory and its sup- porting circuits that are used in two types of microcomputer system with battery supply.One is lower powered portable microcomputor supplied by battery.The other is a system in which the battery is used as back- up power for data retention when power fails.The topics covered include recommentation of memory devices for these applications,methods for reducing power consumed and detailed analysis for relative circuits.
