摘要
异质型人力资本是知识经济时代创造企业利润的关键。重视异质型人力资本产权特点的研究有特殊意义。异质型人力资本的本质和产权特点决定了其在企业所有权安排中的特殊性。
Idiosyncratic human capital is the elements to create profit in knowledge economy. It is great significant to study the characteristic of property rights of idiosyncratic human capital. It is very special in the plan of enterprise ownership because of the essence and characteristic of property rights of idiosyncratic human capital.
